The most common cause which happens to be stress not only over burdens the mindset of the patient, but also causes adrenal fatigue which later yields to demarcating changes in the hormone balance of the patient. Because of the weakening of the immune system, the body’s production of white blood cells also decreases.

There is also hypertension, bone lose, brain atrophy along with it. The therapy of cognitive behavioral responses is one of the traditional methods of medication. Through this, the intellect and the mindset of the patient is changed with respect to fear, anxiety and tension. In addition to attitude, the patient is also taught of the specific ways through which he can overcome and face his inner traumas, which in the longer run boost his self-esteem.
