The part on how to sell structured settlement payments was giving me trouble in this class that I was taking. I thought that maybe I should just go to a lawyer that specializes in this and see if they could help me out. My professor could not explain it again and if she did, I am sure that it would just be the same thing over again. I have never been awarded a structured settlement so I have no past experiences to go off of either. There are a few people who have, or know someone who has had been awarded a settlement.

My hope is to get at least a high B in this class, which will make my grade point average fall but at least I will still be passing. I guess that I should not go into an office that specializes in helping people sell structured settlement payments, after I graduate. If it is the only thing that I do not truly understand, then I guess that it should be fine.

I am really hoping to help out with domestic abuse cases that involve children anyway and not the financial side of things. I understand all of those things.
