The laser tooth whitening procedure that my mother is having done is apparently more affordable than most people think. I do not think that my mother’s insurance is covering it and she is still going to have it done. To me, that means that it must be fairly inexpensive. She does not spend too much money on herself usually.

She has gone to the same family dentist for the last thirty years and just recently the one guy retired and his son took over. I moved away from the area, and had to find a different family dentist. That is not an easy task to do. You really have to look around and see who will probably work for you and who will probably not. Some do not take new patients all the time and there are some that only deal with just adults, or just children. I wanted a dentist that would take my entire family.

After hearing that my mother was paying for her laser tooth whitening, out of her own pocket, it got me thinking. I am sure that I could afford it and if my dentist offers that service, I am going to see how much it costs to have it done.
